At Zenio, every strap is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Vietnam.


Processing Time

  • Ready-stock items: 3–5 business days
  • Custom-made straps: 5–7 business days

During peak seasons or high order volume, processing time may be extended slightly.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer international shipping using trusted carriers:

Standard Shipping (USPS / Local Postal Partners)

  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days
  • Tracking may update once the package arrives in your destination country

Express Shipping (DHL Express / UPS)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Full tracking available throughout the journey

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For standard shipping:

  • Tracking may take 7–10 days to update while the package is in transit internationally

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable fees

If you are charged incorrectly or twice, please contact us — we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Zenio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

Yes — the United States is one of our primary markets. We ship daily to the US and worldwide.


How long does delivery take?

  • Express Shipping (DHL / UPS): 3–6 business days

  • Ready-stock: 3–5 business days

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

For standard shipping, tracking may take 7–10 days to update while the package is in international transit.

This is normal — updates will appear once the package reaches your destination country.


Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

  • These fees are not included in your order

What if my package is delayed or lost?
