PUEBLO LEATHER FROM BADALASSI CARLO TANNERY IN TUSCANY, ITALY
“Pueblo” leather is a perfect mix between rustic and elegant. It is dyed completely through and it is smooth to the touch, but at the same time lightly grainy. Pueblo leather is burnishable and if rubbed becomes more shiny and beautiful, this fact is linked with the oil in tanning: the usage and time instead of worsening the skin pulls the best out of it
ZERMATT LEATHER FOR LINING
We choosed Zermatt leather, tailor-made for watch strap lining and renowned for its hypoallergenic qualities. Its softness promises comfort, even after long periods of wear. Plus, its sweat resistance ensures day-long comfort on your wrist.
SEALED EDGES FOR LONG-TERM DURABILITY
Our edges are finished with multiple layers of edge paint to seal the raw edges. The edges are sanded and edge paint is applied. After the first layer of edge paint has dried, another round of sanding and another layer of edge paint is applied. This process repeats until the edge paint is smooth and uniform.
SADDLE STITCHED BY HAND WITH LINEN THREAD
Each strap undergoes meticulous saddle stitching by the skilled hands of Zenio artisans. Unlike machine-produced lock stitches, our method ensures unparalleled durability, with two independent stitches forming a secure knot at every point. We exclusively use 0.35mm linen thread, chosen for its delicate yet robust weave, enhancing the natural beauty of our craftsmanship.
