Shipping Policy – Zeniovn
All orders from Zeniovn will be shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, while bespoke watch straps may take 5-7 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may extend by 3-5 additional business days due to high order volumes.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, total cost, and shipping address. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive another email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.
We use DHL Express, USPS, UPS international shipping. These carriers typically deliver within one week, sometimes even faster than domestic shipping. To reduce shipping costs for customers, Zeniovn subsidizes part of the shipping fees and does not charge extra for multiple items in an order.
Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Shipping fees depend on the total order value. Zeniovn is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by your local customs authorities. Customers are responsible for checking and handling any applicable taxes. If a package is returned due to customs or tax-related issues, the customer must cover any additional shipping fees.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues, simply reach out to us, and we will resolve them promptly.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If a product has defects due to our error, it qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs up to $35 for international orders. This applies to both ready-stock and custom-made items.
Ready-Stock Straps & Accessories

Unused items (no bending, creases, or marks) can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of delivery.

If a strap has been worn, a restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price may be applied, depending on its condition.
Custom-Made Straps

Unused custom straps can be returned for an 80% refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies as these items are made to order and cannot be resold at the original price.

If you wish to cancel a custom order before shipping, the 20% restocking fee will still apply if production has already begun.

If the strap is already worn, shows signs of use, is customized, or has a personalized name, a restocking fee of up to 80% of the strap price may apply, depending on the specific condition of the strap. Since the strap is no longer in new condition and has a personalized name, we are unable to sell it as new. (Within 14 days of receiving the order.)
