All orders from Zeniovn will be shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, while bespoke watch straps may take 5-7 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may extend by 3-5 additional business days due to high order volumes.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, total cost, and shipping address. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive another email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.
We use DHL Express, USPS, UPS international shipping. These carriers typically deliver within one week, sometimes even faster than domestic shipping. To reduce shipping costs for customers, Zeniovn subsidizes part of the shipping fees and does not charge extra for multiple items in an order.
Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Shipping fees depend on the total order value. Zeniovn is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by your local customs authorities. Customers are responsible for checking and handling any applicable taxes. If a package is returned due to customs or tax-related issues, the customer must cover any additional shipping fees.

Returns & Exchange Process
Defective or Incorrect Products
If there are any defects or issues with the product due to our mistake, it will be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping fee (up to US$35 for international orders), regardless of whether the strap is ready-made or custom-made.
Returns on Correct Orders
If the order is correct and without defects, our return, refund, and exchange policy differs based on whether you have ordered ready stock straps or custom-made straps. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Ready Stock Straps
Ready stock straps in unused condition (no bending, creases, and buckle tongue not inserted into the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of delivery.

If the strap is worn, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the strap price, depending on its condition. This is because the strap is no longer in "new" condition and cannot be resold as new.
Custom Made Straps
Custom-made straps in unused condition (no bending, creases, and buckle tongue not inserted into the strap hole) are eligible for a 70% refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of delivery. The remaining 30% restocking fee is due to the fact that we cannot resell custom-made straps at the original retail price, as they are made to your specifications.

If you wish to cancel a custom order before the strap has been shipped, or if the strap is already in production (usually within 1-2 days of placing the order), a restocking fee will still apply.

If the strap is worn and not in unused condition, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price, depending on its condition.

We will reply with the return address. You can then send the strap back via any postal or courier service. Please ensure your order number is included inside the package for timely processing.

Once we receive your returned strap, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees (for custom straps).

If you wish to exchange the strap, we will refund your original order upon receiving the returned strap. You may place a separate order for the new strap at any time, even before we receive your return.
