Our process involves meticulously finishing the edges with multiple layers of edge paint to achieve a smooth and uniform appearance. Each edge undergoes sanding before the application of edge paint. Following the drying of the initial layer, we repeat the sanding and painting procedure iteratively until the edge paint achieves a polished and consistent finish

Unlike machine-produced lock stitches, our method ensures unparalleled durability, with two independent stitches forming a secure knot at every point. We exclusively use 0.35mm linen thread, chosen for its delicate yet robust weave, enhancing the natural beauty of our craftsmanship.
